Birthright Brunch will be held on May 3rd 2009 at Citizen Fire Hall off Route 9. We will serve brunch and have activities that are included in the cost of a ticket. Cost of Tickets are 8.00 per adult, and 6.00 per child or 30.00 for a family of 5.

Birthright will donate half of the proceeds to Wee Diciples who recently have been displaced due to asbestos in their bulding. This program has been going for 10 years and serves 200+ children each school year that would otherwise have no preschool.

Pastor Newsome very kindly collected donations over the Christmas period to support some local programs and Birthright received 2000.00 of those funds for which we are very grateful. Birthirght wants this relationship with this church to grow and hopes to get some of the congregation involved in our events and programs over the next year. In these current times abortion it is becoming more widely accepted, and our current president Obama after less than a week in office is now supporting abortion in other countries by lifting the restriction of US dollars not being allowed to be used for abortion which was put in place by President Bush.

Join us for the Annual Breakfast with Santa! We will serve breakfast, and children can get their picture taken with Santa and receive a gift. This is free event for all. Birthright had a wonderful night, and raised $6000.00! Everyone had a wonderful time, and next year we know it will be bigger! We would like to thank the following local Charles Town business’s: Charles Town Races and Slots, Energy Fitness, Guy’s Buick, Capital Rehab, Golds Gym, Ranson Optical, Panera’s, The Jones Agency (Nationwide Insurance),   and The Fargo Agency (Nationwide Insurance). Also we would like to thank Tannermans Trading of Martinsburg, and  Design Concepts of Winchester. Support from donations is what keeps our program going, and we are now helping 150 clients per month, so it is more important than ever to be here for the many families in need. Join us Tuesday September 9th 2008, for the third annual Free Sale. Birthright will have the Free Sale rain, or shine in the parking lot located at in the front our office on Mildred Street. The Free Sale starts at 9am we will have clothing ranging from infant to size 7, baby items, household items, and maternity clothing. All are welcome!

 Thanks to Wear it Again Kid located on 124 West Washington Street, Charles Town  who very generously has agreed to donate clothing on a monthly basis Birthright now has a lot of maternity clothing, and big kid clothing.  We have sizes ranging from 6-months to Junior size 16 come by, and see us so we can meet your clothing needs! 

We are a non-profit crisis pregnancy center. Birthright offers non-judgmental support for women of all ages. We are nondenominational, and will be there to support, and guide you using both Birthrights resources, and those in the community. We have over 50 agencies in the community that we work closely with to give you the support you need at this time in your life. Birthright a wide ranges of support including free pregnancy testing, peer counseling, resource co-ordination, medical, legal, and educational assistance/referrals. Appointments are not necessary, and we are available outside of office hours.
